Our Flooring Installation Process

  • Choosing the right flooring is the first step in transforming your home. Our designers will walk you through all your options—from hardwood and tile to LVP, laminate, and Marmoleum—helping you select the perfect material based on your lifestyle, aesthetic, and budget. We make the selection process simple, informed, and tailored to your unique space.

  • Once your flooring design is approved, we finalize the installation contract and collect a 50% deposit to begin the project. This step secures your chosen flooring materials, locks in your installation timeline, and ensures everything is ready for a smooth and efficient flooring installation process. The second half of the payment is due after installation is completed.

  • Before ordering your flooring materials, our team conducts a thorough on-site measurement to ensure accurate quantities and a precise fit. During this visit, we also inspect for any potential installation challenges and make sure the correct transition pieces and accessories are accounted for. This sets the stage for a seamless and stress-free flooring installation.

  • Once everything is ready, our professional installers get to work bringing your new floors to life. Installation typically takes anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks or more, depending on the type of flooring and the size of the space. We focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and keeping your project on schedule for a beautiful, long-lasting result.

Measurements

Rough measurements of your space, including the location of doorways, closets, staircases, and other details unique to your home. Don’t worry about precision—we’ll take exact measurements during our in-home visit.

Photos and samples

Existing materials or samples you've already selected for the space. This helps us better match finishes and ensure a cohesive design.

Inspiration

Inspiration is key—the more you share, the better we can bring your vision to life. Whether it’s photos from online, magazines, or snapshots you’ve taken yourself, these serve as valuable building blocks to ensure you and your designer are aligned on the look and feel of your dream space.
