Costom Stone Process

  • If you have a creative project in mind, whether it’s a custom Lazy Susan, tabletop, or something entirely unique, the first step is meeting with one of our designers to discuss your vision and the scope of the project.

  • Once your custom stone project is planned, it’s time to choose the perfect material. Our stone yard is stocked with a wide selection of high-quality stone remnants including granite, quartz, marble, and more, in various sizes ideal for one-of-a-kind projects like tabletops, Lazy Susan’s, and custom decor. Already have a piece of stone from a previous project? We’re happy to repurpose it to bring your new design to life with sustainable, cost-effective craftsmanship.

  • After all the project details are finalized, the next step is to approve the design and place a 50% deposit to begin. Lead times for custom stone projects typically average around 3 weeks, depending on the scope of work. Because these unique pieces are fit into our schedule between larger installations, timing may vary slightly, but we’ll always communicate with you to keep your project on track.

  • Once your custom stone project is complete, we’ll give you a call to let you know it’s ready for pickup. Simply stop by our shop at your convenience to pick up your finished piece.

Each project is handcrafted in our shop using premium remnants or stone you already own.

  • Yes! We’re happy to reuse existing stone if it's in good condition and suited for your new project. It's a sustainable and cost-effective option.

  • Absolutely. Our experienced designers will guide you through all your options to help you create a custom piece that perfectly complements your space and personal style. If you have a specific color or material in mind, we can assist you in exploring our extensive remnant yard. With so many choices available, it can feel overwhelming but our team knows where to find the hidden gems and can point you in the right direction to make the process easy and enjoyable.

  • We can create a wide range of stone pieces, including Lazy Susans, cutting boards, table tops, window sills, fireplace hearths, vanities, and more. If you have a creative idea, our team is happy to explore how to make it happen.

  • No you don’t. You are welcome to walk in any time we are open and work with a designer. We are open Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm and on Saturdays 10am - 3pm.

  • Yes! If you'd like to select the specific area of the remnant piece is cut from, let us know when we begin the planning process. We do not always have someone at the shop to pull out remnants that are berried so if you find one we’ll coordinate a time for you to come back and see the full piece and select the area.
